The Zibby Garnett Travel Fellowship has appointed two new Patrons to the Trust.  The eminent architectural historian Professor James Stevens Curl and Gill Hill, the sister of Zibby Garnett, in whose memory the Trust was set up.

Professor Stevens Curl is an architectural historian, architect, and author with an extensive range of publications to his name. He is currently Professor Emeritus at De Montfort University, Leicester and was recently appointed Historic Buildings Consultant to Adam Architecture of Winchester.

Gill Hill was the sister of Zibby Garnett and has been one of the Trust’s strongest supporters since it was established 15 years ago.

David Garnett, the founder of the Zibby Garnett Travel Fellowship said: “The Trustees are pleased to have appointed two such distinguished Patrons to coincide with their award to their 100th scholar in 2015, their 15th year.”
